Before contacting support
- Note the PCC version number.
- Note your Android version and phone model.
- Describe which PCC screen you were using.
- Describe what you expected and what happened.
PCC cannot see all folders on my phone.
That can be normal. Android restricts access to protected areas and other apps' private storage.
Why can't I open or delete a file PCC protected?
Protected File Guard intentionally blocks certain installer, executable, system and unknown types inside PCC.
I replaced my phone. What happens to PCC Pro?
