Current legal structure
Procreant LLC is the current legal operator of the products and website presented here. Procreant Digital is a consumer-facing software and digital-products brand of Procreant LLC.
Procreant intends to preserve the ability to transition this digital-products operation to a separately formed Procreant Digital Media LLC. Until such an entity is actually formed and designated as the operator, this site will not describe it as an existing legal company.
Product philosophy
Procreant Digital aims to build practical tools that can be used confidently by ordinary people. The design emphasis is on understandable choices, privacy-conscious architecture, clear limitations and responsible claims.
